Ms. Xialeemar "Xiameer" Valdeavilla, known by her colleagues as Ms. X, is a global corporate leader and social entrepreneur with almost 2 decades of extensive expertise in strategic marketing, event management, and organization leadership. Ms.X leads and advocates together with several local and international socio-civic institutions who catalyzes on education, youth formation, women empowerment, event management professionalization, cybersecurity, and digital transformation programs.

She's currently one of the Board Members at the Asean Tourism Research Association(ATRA), Corporate Secretary and Chair for Education at the Philippine Association of Convention Exhibitions Organizers and Suppliers Inc. (PACEOS), Commissioned Officer, Lieutenant Commander (LCDR) at the Armed Forces of the Philippines, Naval Forces Reserve- National Capital Region. 

Philippine's pioneer researcher and a passionate advocate of curriculum development for Event Management (EM), she’s been assigned by PACEOS in 2018 to 2020 to join and co-chair the Human Resource Sub-Working Group (HR-SWG) for the MICE(Meetings Incentives Conferences Exhibitions) Roadmap 2030, a project of the Department of Tourism (DOT) and Tourism Promotion Board's (TPB), where she shared her dissertation, and technical input in arranging the matrix of the current Event Management National Certification III (EM NCIII) Training Regulations (TR) provided by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) to the ASEAN Common Competency Standards for Tourism Professionals (ACCSTP), and has been constantly championing the purpose of the ladder of training for MICE learners, to generate not just an event coordinator and facilitator which the current EM NCIII presents, but an entry level to higher management- NC II to Baccalaureate,  even up to PostGraduate studies (Level 2 to 8), for business event/MICE professionals that can globally compete  and adhere to the standards and skill set of such profession.

Previously in 2017 to 2021, she's also been of service to the Commission of Higher Education(CHED), as marketing and events consultant in the formation of the first State Universities and Colleges Expo (SUC EXPO), and EDUtourism:StudyPH program. She also became a technical Industry expert of (TESDA) for EM NC III in 2017. She became an instructor for EM at the University of Santo Tomas, been invited as thought leader to several organizations such as Philippine M.I.C.E academy, Junior Marketing Association, etc. 

She finished her Masters in Business Administration (MBA) at Anglia Ruskin University- London School of Marketing, Post Graduate Diploma in Events Management and Public Relations at Fitzwilliam Institute Group- London, and Bachelors of Fine Arts major in Advertising at University of Santo Tomas.
