Twin Lakes, Tagaytay City (January 25, 2023) - Mr. Bobby Horrigan, the Chairperson of Tourism Board Industry Foundation Inc. (Tourism Board) gave an inspirational talk during the FBSE (Filipino Brand Of Service Excellence) retooling workshop graced by the Department of Tourism (DOT).
The FBSE Program was created to strengthen Filipino brands in the Tourism Industry by highlighting culture and identity. It is intended to improve and elevate the quality of tourism services in the country, with the goal of cultivating excellent service to tourists as part of our distinct Filipino brand. Service excellence becomes a regional brand as well as a comprehensive national identity. The tourism program, which consists of three distinct modules, aims to instill a culture of service excellence among tourism stakeholders in the country and raise service quality standards among the workforce in key tourism and service sectors.
With great pleasure, Tourism Board Chairperson, Mr. Bobby Horrigan was chosen as one of the speakers to share insight, experience and talk during the event in which the participants enjoyed and wherein they surely gained a set of knowledge during the event.
In addition, DOT Director, Ms. Arlene Alipio thanked Mr. Horrigan for sharing his time and continuous support to DOT.
