Realizing that our human talent must be equipped with both digital skills and global language communication skills to succeed in today’s borderless workplace, we are organizing a workshop entitled, “Using Global Digital Standards and Frameworks in Talent Cycles, Human Resource Development Plans, and Student Competencies” on August 11, 2021, from 1:00-5:00 PM, via Zoom. Focusing on two global digital proficiency frameworks being used primarily around the world, namely the International Society for Technology in Education (ISTE) and Digital Competency (DigComp) standards, the workshop aims to update our participants on how to use digital proficiency frameworks in developing training programs, recruitment, hiring, placement, promotion, organizational policies, software systems, and quality assessments of college graduates' skills.
In this regard, we would like to personally invite you and the Tourism Industry Board Foundation Inc. (TIBFI) to participate in the said workshop. This event is intended academic and curriculum implementors, as well as HR professionals, industry, and government leaders.
