II. Filipino Brand of Service - Applying the 7 Values During COVID-19 Crisis (April 15-17, 2020)

Brief Description
The FBS is envisioned to represent everything that is good and positive about Filipino hospitality that can be used by all tourism stakeholders in dealing with domestic or international tourists. The online training will highlight the 7 Filipino values or 7 M's (Maka-May Likha, Makatao, Makakalikasan, Makbansa, Masayahin, May Bayanihan, May Pag-asa) and how these can be applied amidst coping with the COVID-19 crisis.

Participants
Targeted participants are tourism professionals and workers from tourism enterprises such as tourist accommodation facilities, travel and tour operators, MICE facilities, food establishments and other tourism related enterprises, tour guides and other tourism front-liners. =

Trainer
Miriam Palabrica is Academy Director at the Academy for Professional Excellence (APEX). She is one of the Master Trainers for The Filipino Brand of Service Excellence Program of the Department of Tourism and helped enhance its training module and design.
